Hi.
I’m Molly, a qualified integrative therapist. I use a variety of different modalities such as CBT, person-centred and transactional analysis to tailor my practice to suit your needs. In summary: I’m here to listen, be present and offer a calm space online for you to explore your emotions, in your own time.
I understand talking about feelings can be difficult. My approach is non-judgemental, calm and compassionate. I firmly believe the client is the expert so I’ll be led by you and what you want to bring to each session.
I’m a member of NCPS so my work is underpinned by their ethical framework. This means I practise as safely as possible and work to high professional standards.
How does it work?
An initial call.
Opening up about your feelings can be difficult so it’s important you feel safe with your therapist. I offer a free 15 minute call to check we’re the right fit for each other and I can offer the support you need.
Online sessions.
After our first call, we’ll check our availability. Sessions are typically booked at the same time each week. All sessions are online via Google Meet and are private and password protected.
Regular check-ins.
Being open is vital to a good therapeutic relationship. I like to have informal, regular check-ins just to check we’re on the right path and you’re happy with how things are going.
How much will it cost?
I like to be upfront about pricing as I understand therapy is an investment.
Each session is £45.
Sessions last 50 minutes.
I offer small discounts for trainee counsellors and students. Please email me for more information.
